The whole idea of Noisemakers United is pretty simple.

I hope to inspire you to make a lot of noise.

There are those of us in this world who are doing just that. We are trying to make a lot of noise for Jesus Christ. He gave His life for God who wanted a way to have a direct relationship with you and me. Now, we hope to give our lives for God so that the whole world can know He wants that relationship with them.

The purpose of this blog is twofold. First I hope to inspire you. I’m not perfect, and I think you’ll see that rather quickly, but my life has been redeemed by Christ none the less. I hope I can inspire you to discover the same for yourself and the rest of the world. Second, I hope to help you. I try to do that in many ways. On this blog you’ll find all sorts of stuff from my thoughts on ministry to the latest news in my life to things you will probably wish you wouldn’t have read. Some of it is sort of like a train wreck. You don’t want to look, but you just can’t help yourself!

You’ll also find some resources that we use at Crossroads. You’ll find stuff about how we do what we do, some what we in the church biz like to call “The Creative Process”, some of the way we do things, some of how we wish wouldn’t have done things, and some of the things that are working really well for us. Hopefully some of these practical things will help you. You should know that a lot of it was inspired by other churches, so I hope to do the same for you.

Mostly, you’ll get to read about my life and the God I am trying to make a lot of noise for.

Mainly, I hope to inspire you to join all of us who are trying to make a lot of noise for the God who gave His life for us.
